The Draft Local Plan for Buckinghamshire
Under time pressure from the Government, the council is pushing forward with a new local plan to support the requirement for 95,000 new houses in the county, a 43% increase over the previous target. Some of the proposed sites are in Drayton Parslow.
The draft plan is now open for consultation until September 6, 2026 and anyone can make comments. If you wish to do so, you need to register with the council. Instructions on how to do so can be found here
